It is oil pastel. The medium which gives me most comfort and confidence.
The photo is so rich, I fell in love with it and was sure that oil pastels would be glad to help to do the challenge.

Brilliant - the blue paper really helps to give the metallic or pearlescent effect in the vase and unifies the whole piece.

ReplyDeleteIt is very rich and the vase looks like it's a heavy metal of copper that has changed to the blues so I was surprised to see the melon through the vase. Beautiful rich work!
