In the Wood


It was interesting experience to try to catch the depth of the wood, where trees spread far and up into the horizon.
Here I used white wax crayon to preserve white of the birches (new drawing material, I bought 12 sticks set from kids section of the supermarket) and sepia marker for highlights.

  2. Irina you're so creative! I never would have thought children's crayons (not to say that crayons are for children only) in the hands of a true artist could make such a beautiful piece of art. Fantastic work!
